SOUTH VALLEY ESTATES - Homewood Constructors Ltd.

An urban infill development of single family and town houses in the District of Saanich. The project involved protecting and restoring Peers Creek through the development and incorporated innovative rainwater management techniques including: narrow asphalt road, grasscrete strata road, rain gardens, bioswales, and constructed wetlands.

Swell's Contribution
Coordinated team, design and construction of rainwater management and creek restoration project, including public consultation and liaison with regulatory agencies.
