WILLOWBROOK ESTATES - Cadillac Homes Inc. An urban infill project of 31 single family homes, Willowbrook Estates incorporated public park creation (17% of the property) with rainwater management (constructed wetlands) and the relocation and restoration of Swan Creek adjacent to the project. Swell's Contribution As a Master's student at the University of Victoria, Lehna coordinated and contributed to the design of the rainwater management (constructed wetlands) and Swan Creek restoration, supervised the contractor, coordinated volunteers for planting and invasive species control, and conducted monitoring for the duration of the project.
